Returns and Exchanges

 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. This can be done by emailing sales@lilytcollection.com prior to sending the item back. We will provide you with the address to send the goods back once the return/exchange is approved.

 

We do not accept refunds on sale items.

 

Items must be in the original packaging with tags still attached and must be unworn. Once we receive the goods we will then process the refund.

 

All garments are checked and packed by us so it would be very rare for you to receive a faulty garment. If you have any questions or issues please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
